Bank transfer (or PayPal payment) of the entry fee to the BdF (see below for payment details), and 2. E-Mail message to the registration office (see below) For the bank transfer of the entry fee and the e-mail to the registration office, please include the following: - Family name - First name - ICCF ID Number - Complete mailing address - E-mail address - Registration code Tournament categories and registration code: The tournament will be played in three tournament categories (multiple registrations are possible): - ICCF Webserver (registration index BdF-WS) - E-Mail (registration index BdF-EM) - Postal (registration index BdF-PT) Time limit: 50 days/10 moves for Webserver and e-mail. 30 days/10 moves for postal groups Tournament details: The tournament will be played in three rounds: first, intermediate and final round. - First round: Each group consists of 7 to 9 players. The winner of each group will be qualified for the intermediate round. - Intermediate round: Each group consists of 13 to 15 players. The winner will be qualified for the final of the tournament category. - In all rounds only one game will be played against each opponent. Ties will be decided by the Sonneborn-Berger system. Prize fund: The prize fund is 3000 Euro, which will be divided among the three different methods of play (webserver, e-mail and postal). The minimum amount for each section will be not less than 600 Euro. Rules: The play and tournament rules of the ICCF apply. All games will be ICCF rated. Title norms and titles may be awarded if merited.
